For our Corporate Branding & Design department within Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH, the position of Working Student Design (x|f|m) is to be filled immediately, limited until April 30, 2027, at the headquarters in Goettingen, with the opportunity to work some days remotely. Your main tasks will be to support us with graphic work and the design of promotional materials. As a Working Student Design (x|f|m), you benefit in two ways: You gain important professional experience while earning money alongside your studies. With a weekly working time of 16 to 20 hours, you can continue to focus on your studies.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
As a Working Student Design (x|f|m), support the operational implementation of projects in the areas of branding and graphic design
Provide support in the creation and development of brand‑compliant and custom promotional items such as clothing, accessories, and giveaways
Provide support in assessing and ensuring brand‑compliant design quality across various brand touchpoints
Assist in building and maintaining design guidelines
Provide support in creating graphics and design proposals as well as in editing templates and layouts
In day‑to‑day operations, support the team by answering inquiries via the branding inbox
Continuous coordination with internal and external interfaces
General administrative tasks as well as the preparation and follow‑up of appointments round off the area of responsibility
What will convince us
You are currently studying Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, or a similar field
Initial experience in branding, design, and project management is an advantage
Proficient in working with Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as MS Office
An independent and systematic way of working
Flexibility and a high level of commitment such as teamwork
Excellent German and English skills, both oral and write
