Responsibilities

• Review and update the existing literature reference lists with new materials, ensuring comprehensive and organized documentation

• Implement a tagging system to categorize references, enhancing accessibility for all teams

• Support the Product Management team and coordinate cross-departmental processes and projects, e.g. with the Marketing Communications team

• Participate in marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of product-related data

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in relevant field, e.g., Science, Information Management, Business Administration, etc.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Familiarity with reference management software is a plus

• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
