Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
Provide project management support with a focus on the EMEA region, including:
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and campaigns tailored to regional needs while aligning with global campaign objectives
Coordinate and support in person events as well as digital promotional activities, email nurture campaigns, webinars, and other third-party activities
Create briefing documents, content, and images for new web page development
Coordinate content development for flyers, brochures, articles, etc.
Support video/teaser creation
Monitor web pages for content updates and potential additions
Conduct competitor analysis for defined product categories/market segments
What will convince us
You are studying marketing, communication, or life sciences
You possess good communication skills and have some experience in marketing or online marketing
You can integrate easily into teams with many different stakeholders
Your strengths include reliability, accuracy, and excellent project and time management skills
You have strong skills in MS Office and PowerPoint
You demonstrate a high willingness to learn and flexibility to take on tasks sometimes at short notice
You are fluent in English; proficiency in further European languages is advantageous, especially for EMEA-focused activities
