As soon as possible, we are looking for a full-time Site Manager Hematology-Oncology (m/f/d) for our Gotha site.

• As a site manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the medical, organizational, economic and strategic development of your clinic
• A responsible job in a clinic with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes
• Training and guidance of doctors in further training
• Collaboration in the conceptual development of the clinic in cooperation with the organ cancer centers available at the site
• Established cooperation with the Helios Clinic Erfurt
• Care of outpatients as part of our oncological ASV outpatient clinic

• Completed further training as a specialist in internal medicine, haematology and oncology as well as extensive professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity
• Comprehensive oncological expertise, organizational talent, empathy
• Experience in conducting oncological studies, tumor conferences and indications for molecular diagnostics
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team even in interdisciplinary exchange
• Doctorate and willingness to cooperate with oncological departments in the Cluster Thuringia Central
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
