We are looking for a Back Office Leader (m/f/d) in Graz, Austria.

Your Tasks

• Team leader function
• Project development in coordination with internal departments
• Quotation costing
• Quotation preparation
• Order processing (technical/commercial)
• Quotation follow-up for amounts < €10,000 or as agreed with Sales
• Order verification (customers/suppliers)
• Deadline monitoring for customer and supplier orders
• Control of order-related documentation
• System maintenance and archiving
• Clarification of complaints in cooperation with Sales
• Maintenance of customer contact data in the CRM system
• Customer reporting to the department manager or within the CRM
• Technical support in the preparation of marketing and sales materials

Your Profile

• Completed technical apprenticeship or degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Solid understanding of machine components
• Experience in preparing technical quotations, cost calculations, and project scheduling
• Knowledge of quality management
• Strong sales and customer focus
• You communicate clearly in both written and spoken form and handle feedback constructively
• A service-oriented and team-focused approach defines your way of working
• You demonstrate strong communication and delegation skills, think entrepreneurially, and build effective relationships

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.269,07 for this position.

Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
