To strengthen our team in Graz, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious, committed

Tasks:

• First point of contact for existing and new customers
• Establish & maintain partnerships with key stakeholders including pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and other industry players
• Develop and implement business tools for revenue growth
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes
• Planning and implementation of conference participation and trade fair appearances as part of a team
• Prepare business proposals and presentations to current and new clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and participate in negotiations for contracts with industry partner

Skills and Abilities:

• University degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field is required
• Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the fields of biotech, healthcare, pharmaceutical or industry
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills, German is an advantage
• Proven track record of successful deal closures and revenue generation
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
• Willingness to travel

We offer an unlimited contract with a minimum yearly salary from € 60000 gross based on 40 hours/week plus variable compensation. Overpayment is possible, depending on qualifications and work experience.
