Commercial employee in the Controlling department at the DIGITAL Institute

Your responsibilities will include the following areas

• Project controlling (focus on national and European funding projects)
• Results monitoring
• Review of bids and orders • Support in the drafting and administrative processing of contracts
• Administrative assistance with monthly and annual financial statements

Your qualifications

• High school diploma (Matura) with professional experience or relevant university degree (preferably bachelor’s degree)
• Computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
• very good written and spoken German (level C1)
• written and spoken English
• Communication skills
• Ability to work in a team, professionalism, and accuracy
• Knowledge of controlling subsidized R&D projects desirable
