Responsibilities
- Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten (z.B. Terminkoordination, Korrespondenz, Organisation von Meetings, Protokollführung)
- Betreuung und Beratung von Studierenden, Mitarbeitenden und Gästen
- Finanzadministration (Bestellungen, Rechnungsverwaltung usw.)
- Administrative Unterstützung in Lehre und Forschung (Studien- und Prüfungsadministration, Lehrveranstaltungsmanagement)
- Planung und Abrechnung von Dienstreisen und Exkursionen
- Unterstützung in der Personalverwaltung
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Events
Admission Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufm. Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss (Lehrabschluss, Fachschule) oder facheinschlägige Ausbildung mit administrativer Berufserfahrung
Desired Qualification
- AHS-/HAK-/HLW-Matura wünschenswert
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Büroumfeld vorteilhaft
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort u. Schrift
- Serviceorientiertes und freundliches Auftreten

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 35,841.40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.

Organisational Unit
The institute was founded in 2015 and covers main topics in geodesy. Research and teaching are related to satellite- and airborne-based techiques and applications, geospatial data analysis, location-based services, environmental monitoring and Earth system modeling. The institute consists of four working groups:
Navigation, Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry, Geoinformation as well as Theoretical Geodesy and Satellite Geodesy
