Your Responsibilities

• Shape projects independently : You plan, manage, and implement projects within ZID autonomously
• Drive ISMS projects forward : You take responsibility for projects in the area of Information Security and develop the associated processes
• Optimize processes : You assess, analyze, and document IT processes to make them more efficient
• Make knowledge accessible : You prepare processes and documentation in a user-oriented way and ensure effective knowledge transfer
• Ensure knowledge management continuity : You maintain continuity in knowledge management – internally within ZID and at interfaces with other organizational units
• Work with agile and traditional approaches : You collaborate on projects using various project management methodologies

Admission Requirements

Completed or advanced education in a commercial, technical, or IT-related field (e.g., HAK, HTL, Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Sciences, Business Informatics, minimum high school diploma or IT apprenticeship) or equivalent relevant qualifications or professional experience

Desired Qualification

• Advanced knowledge of project and process management with relevant project experience
• Experience in IT-related process management is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and an independent, structured way of working
• 3 to 5 years of experience in coordinating traditional and agile projects
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)
• Team spirit and service orientation

We Offer

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 55,414.80 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
