To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible
Project Management "Digitalization & Sustainability” (m/f/d)
(from 30 hours/week) – maternity leave cover
Limited until 31.03.2027
areas of responsibility
- Successful and independent implementation of the EU funding project (ERDF) including selection of participating companies
- Conducting assessments in and with companies and deriving action plans
- Tendering and commissioning of service providers according to procurement guidelines
- Documentation and preparation of billing documents
- Conception and organization of events in the topic area as well as independent development, planning and implementation of marketing measures
- Conducting monitoring meetings that require reporting to the funding body SFG
- Cooperation with the funding body, especially in the preparation and implementation of funding accounting
Requirements
- Completed training or experience in the field of digitalization and sustainability

Experience in the implementation of funding projects or in the
Project management - Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
- Good mix of customer, service and solution orientation
- Conscientious and independent documentation and (funding) processing
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft 365 (Excel) and cloud applications
- Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written
- Experience or interest in the life sciences sector is an advantage
Our offer

Gross monthly salary from €2.600 (based on full-time employment) with the willingness to pay more.
The actual salary depends on the actual qualification profile - Employment relationship from 30 hours/week
