YOUR JOB

Join our 7-person office team in Graz and serve as a reliable point of contact for your on-site colleagues while gaining your first professional work experience.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

• Creating and maintaining documentation (e.g. scanning and forwarding of documents)

• Actively cooperating in our front office (reception, hospitality, incoming and outgoing mail, telephone reception, cooperation with suppliers, technicians, etc.)

• Assisting with the organization of daily office activities

• Collaborating with our facility and travel management teams , as well as with central purchasing

YOUR SKILLS

• Ongoing studies in the field of business administration

• Flexible availability in the afternoon (until approx. 5 PM)

• Very good knowledge of MS Office

• Excellent communication skills in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)

• Ability to work independently

• High degree of accuracy and reliability

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 30, 366 gross/year for this position.
