• Experience: Several years of sound professional experience in accounting/bookkeeping.

• System knowledge: Practical experience with an ERP system. Knowledge of Microsoft Navision / BC are a big plus.

• Soft Skills: A very good understanding of numbers, an independent, careful and structured way of working, as well as strong social skills and team spirit.

• Desirable: Professional experience in a manufacturing company.

• Accounting & Taxes: Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), as well as the preparation and review of preliminary VAT returns and tax declarations.

• Daily business: Responsibility for proper financial accounting (accounts receivable, creditors, fixed asset accounting, receivables management).

• Analysis & Reporting: Analysis of accounting data and creation of reports for management and controlling.

• Layout: Participation in the optimization of internal processes and the determination of evaluation principles.

• Interface: Collaboration with auditors, shareholders and management, as well as providing professional support to colleagues.
