Product Developer (m/f/d) – Research & Development

Your Responsibilities:

• Leading the qualification of novel products, materials, and machine processes in close cooperation with the manufacturing organization on site
• Managing and supporting product and packaging readiness processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment between technical and commercial teams to guarantee timely market launches with full transparency
• Owning the design control documentation for development projects in compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820
• Creating and adapting master specifications for new product and raw material developments
• Supporting IP sustainable product development in collaboration with the company's legal advisors to secure proprietary rights and prevent infringements
• Driving and implementing the company’s sustainability strategy

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in engineering or natural sciences
• Several years of experience in a project-based technical role within the personal care, consumer goods, or FMCG industry
• Solid knowledge of statistical data analysis
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with regulatory requirements for medical devices
• A structured and organized way of working with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and processes while effectively communicating in German and English
