Based in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you’ll support strategic corporate clients, manage pricing proposals, and drive market research across Asia, North America, and South America. Bilingual International Logistics & Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
Support corporate clients with quotes, bookings, and service updates
Develop pricing proposals and assist with global RFQs/tenders
Conduct market research on trade lanes, carrier trends, and customer behavior
Create marketing materials and coordinate targeted campaigns
Act as the main contact for assigned accounts, maintaining CRM accuracy
Analyze sales, pricing, and market data to identify growth opportunities
Bilingual International Logistics & Sales Coordinator Requirements:
3+ years in international freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain
Knowledge of carrier pricing, shipping processes, and freight operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in English AND Spanish
