We’re looking for a Games Producer to join Gimica, our in-house studio at JustPlay - the company redefining how mobile gaming rewards players. You’ll drive the evolution of games within the JustPlay rewarded gaming ecosystem, shaping how millions of players experience our titles.

This role blends strategy, production, and product ownership. You’ll identify growth opportunities, steer creative and technical teams, and ensure our games stay engaging, rewarding, and aligned with JustPlay’s mission of making playtime valuable.

Tasks

• Lead the full production cycle of new and live games within the JustPlay ecosystem
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing player engagement, retention, and monetization goals
• Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities based on player data, performance insights, and market trends
• Collaborate closely with design, art, and engineering teams to evolve existing titles and build new ones aligned with JustPlay’s mission
• Develop and maintain balanced in-game economies that support long-term player satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure smooth integration of purchase flows, offer systems, ad monetization, and live event tools
• Oversee planning, feature launches, and iteration cycles across titles
• Analyze performance data to refine strategies and improve key metrics like retention, ARPU, and conversion
• Manage A/B testing of meta features, pricing and offers to optimize player experience and overall value for the ecosystem
• Prioritize production tasks based on business needs and make informed decisions independently when needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a producer or product owner in mobile gaming, ideally managing a hyper-casual games portfolio within F2P or hybrid monetization models across multiple genres
• Proven track record in shipping and evolving games that successfully integrated ads, in-app purchases, virtual economies, and live events
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (design, art, tech) and align creative ideas with business goals
• Solid understanding of player lifecycle metrics (ARPU, LTV, retention, conversion rates) and the ability to turn insights into actionable production priorities and features
• Comfortable discussing monetization strategies, pricing models, and UX optimization around IAP and ad flows
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities that improve both player value and business outcomes
• Hands-on familiarity with Unity and experience using mobile analytics tools such as Firebase, Adjust, or Data & AI; knowledge of economy balancing is a plus
