Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the sale of products and services in Latin America
• Independent planning, development and implementation of sales strategies in your assigned sales region to achieve sales and growth targets
• Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities and targeted development of sustainable business relationships
• Supporting, maintaining and assisting existing customers on site (primarily in the compressed air trade)
• Active development of new markets in Latin America: development of new specialist dealers, key accounts and OEMs in the compressed air sector
• Carrying out market analyses to identify trends, business opportunities and compressed air applications
• Participation in trade fairs and events to represent our company in your sales region

Your Profile - Qualifications:

• Several years of sales experience in a similar position in the Latin America region in the industrial sector (ideally in the compressed air industry)
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market and customer needs as well as economic conditions in Latin America
• Authentic personality with clear communication and assertiveness, hands-on mentality and high goal and solution orientation. Leadership experience is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Spanish and English
• Structured, proactive and organized way of working with high problem-solving skills, customer orientation and quality awareness with a strong focus on results
• High willingness to travel within your sales territory and flexibility
• Successfully completed business or technical studies
