We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Associate to join our team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through data and wants to play a direct role in shaping strategic and operational decisions. You will leverage your analytical capability to identify performance gaps, drive automation, and generate actionable insights that improve efficiency across teams. 

About the Role 

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of inefficiencies. 
• Build, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards and reporting systems to support real-time decision-making. Handle daily data extraction, validation, and reporting requests.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Safety, Operations, Business development) to deliver actionable insights and process improvements.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities using data analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for insights and process improvements. 

About You 

• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in analytics, business operations, or operations strategy.
• Educational background in Business Analytics, Data Science, Technology, or related fields, preferably from Tier 1 / premier institutes.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Able to translate data into actionable insights and support effective, data-driven decision-making across teams.
