Job description

  • You will be responsible for the conscientious maintenance, monitoring and continuous updating of all relevant time data and ensure complete documentation within the systems
  • In addition, you will be responsible for checking absences, absences, working hours and complex special cases, taking into account the applicable company and legal regulations
  • In addition, you are responsible for ensuring high data quality and the timely processing of all information as a fundamental basis for the monthly payroll runs

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or personnel services clerk (m/f/d)

  • Your solid knowledge of common IT skills such as SAP HR and the MS Office package characterise you as a competent specialist in your field
