British American Tobacco Papua New Guinea has an exciting opportunity for Regional Coordinator – Highlands & Coastal in Mt Hagen

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks related to NFM and RM processes.
• Coordinate and support field operations with effective planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports promptly upon request.
• Continuously review workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Guide TMRs in adhering to required processes and standards.
• Proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing work environment aligned with company strategy and vision.
• Support leadership development and help build a pipeline of future talent.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG, procurement, or finance.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business is desirable.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and SAP, or similar tools.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Excellent planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage risks effectively.
• Proven ability in relationship and budget management.
• Results-driven with strong analytical thinking.
• High level of commitment to personal growth and development.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-awareness and insight to support team and personal performance.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers, suppliers, and commercial partners.
• Skilled in negotiation and influencing.
