About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Sheet Metal Team Leader to join a team based at Hahn Airport, Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a dynamic maintenance environment, working primarily on Boeing aircraft.

You will be responsible for leading a team of around 10 skilled sheet metal technicians, ensuring that maintenance, repair, and modification work is carried out to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of 10 sheet metal technicians.

Oversee all structural repair and modification tasks on Boeing aircraft.

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company, regulatory, and safety standards.

Provide hands-on technical support and guidance when required.

Liaise with engineers, planners, and quality departments to maintain workflow efficiency.

Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience working on Boeing aircraft within a sheet metal or structural maintenance role.

Previous team leadership or supervisory experience in an aircraft maintenance environment.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Must have the right to work in the EU.
