Tasks
- Proactive business partner for the management of the business units in all commercial and financial matters
- Supporting the business units in their strategic orientation and management (incl. life cycle management)
- Preparation and further development of multi-year business plans incl. segment P&Ls
- Support in setting financial targets, in particular deriving and implementing suitable measures to improve the profitability of the business units
- Independently analysing and commenting on business development incl. reporting, forecasting and planning
- Implementation and coordination of cross-divisional projects and special tasks
- Carrying out ad hoc analyses for the respective business unit manager
- Further development and optimisation of the controlling instruments and processes
Job profile
- Completed economics or technical studies with a suitable commercial specialisation
- Several years of experience in controlling in a manufacturing international industrial company
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP R/3 SD, experience with SAP BW an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Team player with good communication skills and a confident demeanour in an international environment
- Sound analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent and results-orientated way of working
