We are looking for a Portfolio Strategy and Projects Manager (m/f/d) to drive our strategic direction and project realisation.
Tasks
- Continuous analysis of the company portfolio with a view to the Group strategy
- Strategic evaluation of potential additions and own business areas as part of the portfolio strategy
- Active development of strategic focus projects as part of the portfolio strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and global project teams
- Presentation in meetings with top management
- Participation in the continuous improvement and standardisation of the strategy process, methods and tools
Job profile
- Completed studies in economics, engineering or natural sciences
- Desirable but not a must: Initial experience in portfolio strategy and the strategic evaluation of business models
- Enthusiasm for new and future-oriented technologies and enjoy actively helping to shape them
- Practical knowledge of managing interdisciplinary project teams, project management (agile and classic) and strategy expertise, preferably from a strategy consulting environment
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365
- Personality with strategic thinking, analytical skills and conceptual strengths
- Professional demeanour and persuasiveness as well as moderation and presentation skills
