• Practice-oriented trainee program for comprehensive insights into the processes and tasks of the area of our IT department responsible for FLG's Finance & Controlling applications
• After just a short time, you will take on your own tasks and actively support the team in its activities. You will work on forward-looking projects and support the team in day-to-day business, e.g. in solving 2nd level support requests.
• You will have a mentor at your side right from the start, who will help you take your first steps in the company with expert knowledge and experience
• You will be given plenty of scope for personal and professional development and can build up a sustainable network. There is also the opportunity for regular and individual soft skills training off the job.

• Completed studies (Bachelor's or Master's) in business administration (preferably with a minor in computer science) or business informatics or a similar course of study
• Ideally, your focus should be on finance and controlling, with a strong connection to IT-related topics
• You are enthusiastic about new technologies and enjoy working with new technical tools
• Application knowledge of common Microsoft standard products is a prerequisite, if necessary knowledge of SAP
• You are a strong communicator and have good negotiating skills in German and English
• Team player is not just a word for you and you also impress with your confident demeanor, high motivation and flexibility
• Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as your methodical and structured way of working round off your profile perfectly
