Job Responsibilities:

• Sales, marketing, coordination and operation of corporate event.
• Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.
• Inspect event facilities to ensure that they conform to customer requirement
• Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays, and other event needs
• Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and service according to customer requirement

Period:

• Permanent

Working Hours:

• Normal working day: 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Event day: shifts-7am to 4pm or 2pm to 11pm
• Off-in lieu will be given

Salary:

• Up to $3,200 + AWS
• Taxi reimbursement will be provided

Requirements:

• Diploma holder
• At least 1 year working experience in relevant field
• Proficient in computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and provide alternative solutions in short notice
• Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
• Responsible and meticulous team player
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Willing to work weekends
