Machining Mechanic (m/f/d)
We are looking for a CNC machine operator (m/f/d) for our well-known customer in Dessau.

You can do it:
Completed vocational training as a machining mechanic (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Ideally Further training to become a CNC specialist or appropriate CNC knowledge in programming and machine operation
Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system (early and late shift) with plannable working hours and regular shift changes
Independent, structured and quality-conscious way of working , paired with patience and precision
Confident handling of technical drawings and their implementation in production
Your tasks
Manufacturing of precision parts according to technical drawings and technological specifications on CNC machine tools
Manufacturing and processing of housing or support assemblies using different processes: sawing, filing, sheet metal cutting, sheet metal bending, drilling and threading
Setting up, programming and optimizing of CNC machine tools for efficient series and individual part production
Operation of other processing machines in the areas of turning, milling, drilling and sawing
Working with CNC controls such as Siemens 840D, ShopMill, ShopTurn and programming according to G-code (DIN 66025)
Quality Control through precise dimensional control with analogue and digital measuring instruments
Documentation of production processes according to internal standards and quality guidelines
