Your profile
- handcrafted skill & technical understanding
- Professional experience as a caretaker
- self-employed , reliable and customer-oriented Operation
- basic knowledge in Repair, maintenance, and Maintenance
- good knowledge of German spoken and written
- Proof of G20 + G25
working hours Mon-Fri 06:00 - 14:30
Your tasks
- support the tenant in Residential and commercial properties
- Execution small Repairs and Maintenance work
- Regular site and security walkthroughs including logging
- Equipment on rooms including furniture and technical equipment
- Locksmith service and Care is Outdoor facilities
- Cleaning, disposal - and occasional Courier services
- Documentation the work carried out
