Your Tasks
- Responsibility for current accounts (accounts payable and accounts receivable) and support of monthly closings for designated European Beiersdorf companies
- Self-reliant analysis and documentation of vendor/customer accounts
- Contact for financial and tax auditors and external service providers regarding all topics in current accounts
- Bank accounting (e.g. payment runs, cash allocation)
- Active support of ongoing improvement of processes and systems in current accounting
- Support international projects (eg. SAF-T; legal changes)
- Participation in training for local/new staff members, working students and apprentices
Your Profile
- Successfully completed apprenticeship
- First professional experience in finance and accounting, especially Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Preferably first experience with international accounting standards like local GAAP (e.g. HGB) and IFRS
- Safe handling of SAP S/4 (FI/CO) and MS Office applications
- Structured, analytical working method
- Good communication skills
- Strong interest in continuous improvement of accounting processes and new accounting topics
- Team spirit and initiative, international mindset
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Romanian language
