What you will be doing:
You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be an Improvement Project Leader in Manufacturing Engineering and can expect to be involved in the following:
Activities in this role:
Structuring an improvement opportunity as a project, consolidating with the relevant departments (production, quality, engineering…) the technical elements and the expectable impacts on industrial performance
Analyze performance data to identify new opportunities of improvement
Tools and technologies you will discover:
Data analytics, data visualization
Overall Aircraft assembly processes - focused on the final assembly of all A320 Family standards incl. XLR
What you will learn:
Discover the complete spectrum of manufacturing engineering - from co-design, up to work preparation, production planning and techn. shop floor support management
Project structuration and management
Work in a transnational network with stakeholders in different functions (engineering, procurement, production, quality…).
Roles of the different functions enabling the aircraft production
How to increase the competitiveness within a company
Be part of the Single Aisle (SA) ramp up challenges to enable the highest production rates ever in Airbus environment
What we look for
To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate:
Educated to Engineer level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
Maximum of three years relevant work experience
Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English), intermadiate German language (read, written, speaking)
The desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation and delivering results
The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development
What you will need to apply

Salary: €56,000 - €65,000
