AI & Automation Specialist (f/m/x)

• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation workflows using n8n and similar tools.
• Assist in creating AI-driven solutions to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical workflows.
• Build, maintain, and optimize integrations between internal and external systems (APIs, SaaS tools, databases).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing workflows to ensure stability and performance.
• Develop clear documentation for workflows, processes, and integrations.
• Provide internal support for automation-related issues and enhancements.
• Conduct testing and validation of new automation or AI features before deployment.

• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
• Good understanding of AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and API-based AI integrations.
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and common integration patterns.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python).
• Ability to understand complex processes and convert them into efficient automated workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of databases and data handling is a plus.
• German language proficiency is advantageous.
