• Verification of electronic scanning as well as independent account assignment of national and international supplier invoices
• Clarification of invoice discrepancies with the sales department in Hamburg and Antwerp as well as with the suppliers
• Monitoring of the electronic review and approval process
• Supplier management (including master data maintenance) as well as account reconciliation and analyses
• Processing of reminders, balance confirmations and bank outgoing payments
• Involvement in the preparation of the cash forecast in coordination with Controlling
• Preparation of manual payments and payments runs in compliance with the cash forecast
• Preparation of monthly reports for Germany and other countries (e.g. Intrastat)
• Support with monthly reporting and assistance with audits
• Continuous improvement of technical processes and participation in projects

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience through similar tasks, preferably in a group environment, knowledge of the settlement procedure of the food retail trade is an advantage
• Completed commercial training or similar
• Result-, process-oriented and structured way of working in multidisciplinary teams
• Hands-on mentality, proactive and independent way of working
• System affinity, good to very good knowledge in Business Central / Document Capture as well as in Excel
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
