Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Operations Team in the position of Billing Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and managing the billing activities carried out in the international service center and addressing escalations
• Driving the process improvement of the billing and costing done by the international service center
• Random auditing of invoices
• Ensuring and supporting the profitability of shipments
• What we are looking for:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Level in Management or Logistics discipline preferable.
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics industry in a similar capacity
• Fluency in German and English is a must
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal communication
• Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• SAP knowledge would be plus
• Analytical skills and performance improvement methodology What we offer:
