Your role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are a key member of our go-to-market team. You will convert marketing qualified leads (MQLs) into sales qualified leads (SQLs) through targeted, personalized communication and a solid understanding of our use cases. You will be the first sales voice in the market, paving the way for demos, workshops, and customer projects with SMB, enterprise, and consulting customers.
Your responsibilities
- You identify, contact, and develop potential customers based on use cases and business needs.
- You take warm leads from marketing (events, downloads, campaigns) and develop them into sales opportunities.
- You use outreach channels such as LinkedIn, email, event follow-ups, and phone calls to build relevance.
- You personalize your communication based on concrete impact stories (e.g., "40% more internal search accuracy”).
- You coordinate appointments with PreSales, help prepare demos, and ensure a smooth transition.

Your profile
Qualification
Technical
- Initial experience in B2B sales, business development, customer success, or solution consulting.
- Interest in or initial exposure to AI applications, SaaS models, or GenAI use cases.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (German & English).
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (HubSpot), or other outreach tools is an advantage.
