YOUR IMPACT

As our IT Business Partner, you will act as the strategic liaison between IT and various business units, ensuring that IT services, solutions, and infrastructure are fully aligned with our company’s goals. You’ll leverage your strong IT background and business acumen to translate business needs into innovative technological solutions that deliver real value.

YOUR TASKS

• Serve as the primary interface between IT and business units, building strong relationships and understanding business needs
• Translate business requirements into IT solutions, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value
• Manage and oversee IT initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Develop business cases and present them at IT project portfolio meetings
• Identify opportunities for IT to drive business growth, efficiency, and innovation
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to design and implement effective solutions
• Assess the feasibility and impact of new technologies and systems
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented IT solutions
• Stay up-to-date with technology trends and best practices
• Plan and coordinate internal and external resources for demand analysis and project delivery

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT business relationship management, ideally within large global organizations
• Proven track record in managing IT projects and delivering business-focused solutions
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT infrastructure
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess business impact and value
• Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish language skills are a plus
