Your Tasks
- Define and implement local category and sourcing strategies, ensuring competitive alignment with market trends.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes: tendering, supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure savings through strategic long-term and operative ad-hoc tenders.
- Elevate business partnering with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive innovation and deliver category solutions as well as a cost-conscious culture.
- Monitor spend and vendor data to achieve clean KPIs and performance targets.
- Compliance champion: ensure adherence to corporate, legal, ESG, financial, and procurement policies.
- Lead or participate in initiatives for standardisation, efficiency, and automation.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
- Relevant work experience.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- English and German language skills.
- Growth and winning mindset.
- Team player with strong collaboration willingness.
- Proactive, can-do attitude.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Digital native: proficiency in MS Office, SAP and confidence with AI usage (SRM, CLM, e-sourcing tools, and P2P processes are a bonus)
