In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die Materialanalyse von Faserverbundwerkstoffen – von Probenvorbereitung und chemischer Analytik bis zur Bewertung der Ergebnisse im Qualitäts- und Entwicklungsumfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Materialproben vorbereiten und analytisch-chemische Tests durchführen

• Standardmethoden wie DSC, DMA, IR oder Extraktionen anwenden

• Analysegeräte betreuen und Troubleshooting unterstützen

• Entwicklungsprojekte sowie Produktion und Quality bei Fragen begleiten

• Arbeitsanweisungen und qualitätsrelevante Dokumente mitgestalten

• Ergebnisse interpretieren, bewerten und im LIMS dokumentieren

Ihr Profil

• Ausbildung als Chemielaborant, Chemietechniker oder vergleichbar

• Erfahrung in Laboranalytik oder industrieller Labortechnik von Vorteil

• Interesse an Polymerchemie und Materialanalytik

• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit

• Sehr gutes Deutsch, gutes Englisch

• Umgang mit Messmitteln, Statistik und digitalen Tools hilfreich

In this role, you will support material analysis of fibre-reinforced composites – from sample preparation and chemical testing to evaluation of results in quality and development environments.

Your tasks

• Prepare material samples and perform chemical-analytical tests

• Apply standard methods such as DSC, DMA, IR spectroscopy or extractions

• Support troubleshooting and maintain analytical equipment readiness

• Contribute to development projects and support production and quality teams

• Help create work instructions and quality-related documentation

• Interpret results and document findings in LIMS systems

Your profile

• Vocational training as chemical lab technician or comparable qualification

• Experience in laboratory analytics or industrial lab environments is a plus

• Interest in polymer chemistry and material testing

• Independent, structured working style and strong team spirit

• Fluent German and good English

• Knowledge of measurement tools, statistics and digital systems is helpful
