Are you passionate about Content Marketing and eager to strengthen the visibility and market position of a Pioneer in Healthcare through strategic storytelling, creative campaigns, and audience-driven content? Then join our Corporate Marketing and Strategy Team and take responsibility for planning and implementing content marketing for our globally operating pharmaceutical group.
With your strong writing skills and eye for relevant (primarily digital) content that excites and engages our customers and stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping the international presence of our company. In our young business unit, you will have the freedom to create, contribute your ideas, and take our corporate marketing to the next level!
A challenging task
- Create and drive engaging, healthcare-related multimedia content across all key communication touchpoints of the TIEFENBACHER GROUP – with a strong focus on LinkedIn, but also websites, corporate presentations, and beyond.
- Craft compelling marketing copies that resonate with and excite our B2B audiences and stakeholders (e.g., customers, partners, talents, followers, key opinion leaders).
- Bring stories to life visually by preparing content in a clear, appealing, and impactful way.
- Own our B2B social media presence (mainly LinkedIn) – from editorial planning and publishing to active community engagement.
- Track, measure, and optimize content performance using relevant KPIs – and transform insights into actionable strategies.
- Co-create fresh content ideas in close collaboration with international subject matter experts across the TIEFENBACHER GROUP.
- Partner with Digital Brand Management and HR to boost our employer branding with strong, authentic content.
- Contribute to sales and event marketing materials on demand.
- Manage and coordinate external agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality results.
A convincing background
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, PR, or similar – or equivalent qualification.
- Focus on pharma/healthcare studies is a strong plus.
- At least two years of professional experience in content marketing (corporate, agency, or media) – ideally in pharma/healthcare and/or B2B marketing.
- Editorial talent for simplifying complex pharmaceutical topics and passion for generating new stories within the company.
- Strong sense for target group–oriented and regulated communication in the healthcare sector.
- High data affinity with a constant drive to track generated content and implement data-driven learnings.
- Enjoyment in exploring and using new AI tools for content creation.
- Strong communication skills and high visual standards for content preparation.
- Curiosity and trend awareness to identify and leverage new content marketing opportunities.
- Excellent written and spoken English; very good German skills are an advantage.
- Strong MS Office skills and experience with B2B social media channels (especially LinkedIn).
- Ideally, experience with common design and video editing tools (especially Adobe Creative Suite).
- SEO and SEA knowledge is a plus.
