Contract Manager (m/f/d)

Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

YOUR TASKS

• Manage FPA contracts for cranes and installation companies
• Coordinate contractual matters between Site Managers and CTBU Management
• Lead coordination between Project Management and Sourcing regarding contract topics
• Support the Construction department in handling claims from/to subcontractors according to applicable contract clauses
• Assist the Construction department in validating certifications and preparing monthly cost reports
• Take the lead in financially closing construction projects by negotiating claims and additional costs
• Generate KPIs for the recovery of non-conformities
• Responsible for evaluating and qualifying contracts for management approval

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Law or a combined degree in Business Administration and Law
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing third-party contracts
• Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• English proficiency is essential (minimum B2–C1 level). German and Spanish are advantageous
• Ability to collaborate across functions, departments, and countries
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and methodical with a problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working under deadline pressure in project-driven environments
