To get closer to our goal, we are looking for a:

*Coordinator for Food Safety and Certifications Compliance* (w/m/d)

Full-time, 40 hours

Tasks

• collaborate in the development and maintenance of documentation for certifications (e.g., ISO 22000, FSSC 22000) and HACCP compliance
• support the implementation of food safety quality requirements and corrective actions in line with internal standards and external regulations
• perform food safety related risk assessments, gap assessments and validations
• assist in planning, conducting, and documenting internal audits in collaboration with the department Head
• maintain up-to-date procedures, work instructions, SOPs, and quality manuals for all relevant departments
• train staff in documentation procedures and ensure compliance with document control policies
• maintain document history (version control) and access rights for all quality-related documents
• support ongoing improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS) by identifying opportunities for standardization and simplification
• assist in the QA lab with daily lab tasks during vacations

Requirements

• completed training or completed studies in the field of Food Technology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field
• fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
• preferred proven experience in quality documentation within a regulated industry (food, pharma, medical devices, etc.)
• solid understanding of HACCP, and GMP principles is a must
• preferred experience with ISO 22000:2018 or any GFSI standard
• experience with document control systems (digital or paper-based)
• strong organizational and communication skills
• attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with QMS software is a plus
• familiarity with regulatory requirements in the food industry or other relevant sector is desired
