Strengthen our Marketing Team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Data Analyst (m/f/d) within Germany remotely or at one of our office locations.
The role focuses on turning marketing, web, and CRM data into actionable insights, driving efficiency with AI solutions, and ensuring data quality through cross-functional collaboration.
Your Responsibilities
- Run full-funnel analyses on marketing, web, and CRM data (both, raw & attributed) to uncover performance drivers, generate insights, and translate them into dashboards and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making across the customer journey.
- Explore, co-develop and apply AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency, improve output quality, and unlock new opportunities in analytics & marketing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Web Analytics, Performance Marketing, Engineering, Product) to align KPIs, ensure semantic consistency, and maintain data quality across tracking pipelines and shared analytics products.
- Support the evolution of our attribution and forecasting logic by validating models and integrating business context to improve impact measurement.
- Document key analysis logic, dashboard methodologies, and data definitions to ensure sustainability, transparency, and knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to internal enablement by helping stakeholders interpret dashboards, use self-service tools, and develop confidence in working with data.
Your Profile
- Hands-on experience in SQL & BigQuery to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale data sets that drive end-to-end business decisions and performance optimization (experience with Salesforce, data platforms, Git, dbt is a plus).
- „AI Mover“ mindset to proactively identify, test and scale LLM-assisted data solutions & analytics workflows (e.g. insight generation, automation, anomaly detection), ideally with a track record of real-world AI use cases in a data context.
- Experience working with Web Analytics platforms (especially GA4), including solid understanding of event tracking and website KPI frameworks (ideally with exposure to paid media platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to build actionable, easy to understand dashboards and reports in Power BI or Looker Studio.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams (data, performance marketing, website, product), translating technical outputs into clear business impact.
- Ability to work independently, manage cross-functional requests, prioritize based on business value, and communicate clearly and confidently in both English and German.
