Sie verantworten die operative Steuerung und Umsetzung von Stock-Provisioning-Anforderungen entlang der Supply Chain und stellen Materialverfügbarkeit, Budgettreue und Performance sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Validierung von e-Requests for Stock Provisioning (e-RSP) zur Managementfreigabe

• Steuerung des e-RSP-Prozesses im ELIPS-Modul inklusive Umsetzung der Bedarfe

• Planung und Auslösung von Beschaffungen gemäß e-RSP sowie Monitoring der Lieferungen

• Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit im Zentrallager gemäß Forecast und Budget

• Monitoring von Inbound- und Outbound-Flüssen und Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen

• Reporting und Feedback zum e-RSP-Status an relevante Stakeholder

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Supply-Chain-Bezug

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Supply Chain, Logistik oder Lieferantenmanagement

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP; Kenntnisse in datengetriebenen Tools von Vorteil

• Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke

• Gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse auf Grundlageniveau ausreichend

You manage stock provisioning demands across the supply chain, ensuring availability, budget adherence, and delivery performance.

Your tasks

• Validation of e-Requests for Stock Provisioning (e-RSP) for management approval

• Management of the e-RSP process in the ELIPS module and execution of demands

• Planning and release of supplier purchasing in line with e-RSP requirements

• Ensuring material availability in central warehouses per forecast and budget

• Monitoring inbound and outbound flows and initiating corrective actions

• Reporting and feedback on e-RSP fulfillment to stakeholders

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, or a comparable field

• Several years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or supplier management

• Confident use of SAP; data-oriented tool experience is a plus

• Structured, responsible, and customer-oriented working style

• Strong teamwork and assertiveness

• Business-fluent English; basic German skills are sufficient
