Your central role:

- Operate applications: You implement, operate and optimize powerful software systems that transform business requirements into innovative solutions
- Help shape architecture: Operate the technical backbone of our digital solutions – from microservices to server or cloud infrastructures; your architectural decisions determine how fast, stable, and scalable our systems are
- Guarantee quality: You identify weak points, detect errors early, and discover optimization potential. Your commitment to quality makes our software robust, secure, and powerful.
- Driving innovation: You are passionate about technology, experiment with alternative approaches, and contribute fresh ideas that modernize our technological landscape
- Work collaboratively: In our international team, you will communicate effectively with requirements engineers, test managers and other stakeholders, and together find creative solutions to complex technical challenges
Your profile:
Problem solver with a passion for technology
- Completed studies in a relevant field, for example computer science or insurance, or several years of professional experience in a comparable field
- You are familiar with the administration and configuration of web applications, especially based on IIS and Windows Servers, as well as very good knowledge and experience in the use of build and deployment pipelines, ideally Azure DevOps
- Very good understanding of complex infrastructures and the relevant network components, such as firewalls, proxies, reverse proxies, as well as their significance and impact on security and operations
- Clear communication in German and English as well as the ability to present results convincingly and find common solutions in an international team
- You remain curious, enjoy learning new technologies, and adapt quickly to changing requirements. Not all expectations are met perfectly? No problem! Your motivation and desire to grow are crucial – we'll develop the rest together.
