Integer is a Commerce Agency (part of HeimatTBWA Berlin and Omnicom – the world’s leading marketing and sales company) where data-driven intelligence meets creativity to drive results. We help international brands dominate at the Digital Shelf, DTC platforms and Social Commerce.
We are looking for a Digital Commerce Strategist who’s passionate about data-driven strategy that results in solutions designed to convert. You will work with global brands, collaborate with world-class colleagues and shape how commerce evolves.
The Role:
The Digital Commerce Strategist will own the strategic work for our international clients across their Digital Shelf, Social Commerce, and eRetail media endeavors. The role will independently research, develop, and implement Digital Shelf strategies specifically, and strategies to accelerate Digital Commerce Consumer Journeys holistically.
This role will work closely with our Strategy Lead and with the agency’s leadership to find opportunities to innovate and organically grow our current and new client accounts. Strategy is not an island, and in this role, you get the opportunity to inspire and guide how all functions and roles in our company embrace and apply strategic intelligence in their day-to-day. Moving forward, this role has the opportunity to shape and evolve our company’s strategic Digital Commerce capability.

Your profile:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing strategy, with a focus on eCommerce and Digital Commerce channels
- Proven expertise in at least one major commerce ecosystem ( e.g. Amazon, Shopify, eRetailers or d2c-platforms)
- You develop strategies rooted in competitive analysis and customer insight, always defining clear success metrics and KPIs.
- You have successfully developed or optimized digital content strategies that drive consumer engagement and conversion.
- You work seamlessly with account and creative teams to translate strategy into compelling digital commerce content.
- You enjoy doing the work – conducting research, diving into data analysis, and creating visually compelling presentations.
- You translate complex insights into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with various types and levels of stakeholders.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and experienced with data analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Helium 10, Power BI)
- You stay aware of the latest trends in digital marketing and consumer experience.
- You communicate fluently in written and spoken English; German is a nice-to-have.
- You are based in Hamburg or the surrounding area and hold a valid German work permit.
