• leading and managing the Business Development division. Reporting directly to the Managing Director (CEO) with the aim of expanding the global product portfolio in the strategic core indications
• analyzing, selecting and implementing new product opportunities (R&D, licensing, M&A, asset deals)  
• development of the existing product portfolio

• preparing and conducting price negotiations and concluding contracts in line with the corporate strategy

• a successfully completed degree in natural sciences or economics
• relevant professional experience in the areas of portfolio management, M&A, R&D and BD in the pharmaceutical industry
• strategic foresight, great negotiating skills and an analytical mindset
• a positive, open-minded and assertive personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
• business fluent in German and English
• willingness to travel
