Description
Now the company is looking for an ERP Administrator to join their team onsite in Hamburg
Tasks:
Tasks:
- Assisting in coordinating and delivering business project objectives, alignment, and close collaboration with the project manager
- Assisting in project update, progress report, resources, timeline, financial and cost tracking
- Assisting in risk mitigation, troubleshooting and solving issues
- Assisting in scheduling meetings and setting agendas for project meetings
- Updating assigned project reports
- Quality assurance, for example, through collating data, auditing, or compliance checks
- Helping to ensure system users comply with the trained process and workflows
- Ensuring proper documentation for each task, process, system configurations or customization
- Assisting in "As Is To Be” documentation, proposing solutions, system configuration, verification, training, migration and Go Live. End-to-end project management
- Regular system administration activities. User business and system process support
- Assisting in conducting training for stakeholders
Must-have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems
- Min. 2 years of work experience in an equivalent position
- Experience in ERP support, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, and BI Reporting
- Proficiency in written and verbal English and German language
- Readiness to travel locally and overseas
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Effective planning, analytical, and implementation skills
- Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to work self-reliantly
Nice-to-have:
- Hands-on experience in software development and implementation
