This isn’t a role for someone who just “oversees.” You’ll pitch in to win business, lead the team into the future, and roll up your sleeves to help bring killer work to life. • 9+ years experience in a senior creative role at an agency or creative tech company
• strong leadership track record with hands-on creative execution
• fluent in brand storytelling across platforms, storytelling, digital, motion, interactive
• a strong understanding of development workflows, web tech (HTML/CSS/JS), and digital product thinking
• deep curiosity for AI, automation, and emerging creative tools
• skilled communicator with proficient English level and native German level
• strong new business and pitch experience
• strategic mindset with a love for collaboration and growth
