MISSION: As Factories Coordination Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and supervising the production and transportation of finished goods. You will visit manufacturing plants regularly, monitor productions levels, and identify opportunities for improvement. Acting as a link between factory staff and management, you will ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

TASKS:

• Coordinate the concrete keystone production plan and ensure alignment with the project deadlines and budgets.
• Act as the main point of contact between the Nordex construction department and the Concrete Tower Business Unit suppliers.
• Supervise and organize the work of assigned staff at different factory sites, including sccomodation, travel, staff selection, and oparational logistics.
• Coordinate and monitor all areas involved in factory operations: production, quality, supply chain, purchasing, and HR.
• Ensure that production standards and safety and environmental regulations are met.
• Identify and communicate areas for improvement and support management in implementing continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with the quality and purchasing teams to plan and conducts tests, trials, and the introduction of new materials or equipement.
• Coordinate the implementation of updates and changes received from Engineering, Industrialization or Quality departments.
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of production schedules, inventory, and shipping requirements.
• Supervise the selection of subcontractors and oversee purchasing activities as needed.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration.

• Previous experience as factory coordinator or in coordinating production processes, ideally in the renewable energy sector.

• Strong organizational skills, adapability, and the ability to work under presssure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Good understanding of inventory management and production systems.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
