The Role

You’ll be joining AIDAR as our first full-time technical hire - a key role with real impact.

The product is live, the Beta is working, and now it’s time to scale it, evolve it, and make it sing.

We’re looking for a clever, hands-on full-stack developer who’s excited to own core parts of the product, especially backend systems, ML infrastructure, and data pipelines. You’ll shape the logic behind our AI agents, evolve our chat-based interface (LLM), and make sure our systems are fast, scalable, and reliable. While your focus will be backend and AI, you’ll contribute to the frontend in the early days - helping shape the user experience until we bring in dedicated UI/UX support.

This is a foundational role. You’ll work side-by-side with the founders, make key technical decisions, and help architect what comes next. If you enjoy autonomy, love solving real-world problems with smart code, and want to grow into a CTO-level position, this is your chance to build that path from the ground up.

What We Offer

- €60,000 salary
- 1% equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff) — with upside if you grow into CTO
