What you will do

- Specialize in IT Procurement focusing on sub-categories like Services, Software and Hardware
- Lead and manage global tender processes across relevant categories and regions
- Coordinate and engage with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers to ensure performance and value delivery
- Conduct and lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and procurement standards throughout the process
- Develop and implement robust category strategies with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization
- Oversee and ensure effective governance of the end-to-end purchase-to-pay (P2P) process
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in business economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive successful negotiations
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, and structured working style
- Knowledge in HR, Marketing or Professional Services is a plus
- Fluent in English and German
- Open-minded with a strong growth mindset and eagerness to learn
