Your role

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Blockbrain, you will be responsible for planning and implementing campaign-based growth – across paid and organic channels. You will develop targeted campaigns for our enterprise target groups (CIOs, knowledge leads, IT decision-makers) along specific GenAI use cases – e.g. intelligent search, AI-supported knowledge assistants or process automation.

Your responsibilities

  • You develop and manage multi-stage, multi-channel campaigns that generate awareness and leads among enterprise target groups.
  • You orchestrate paid & organic channels (LinkedIn ads, retargeting, events, content syndication, webinars, partner newsletters).
  • You develop persona-specific journeys for decision-makers (e.g. CIO, CISO, Head of Knowledge, Digital Transformation Leads).
  • You bring our GenAI use cases (e.g. "30% less search time with intelligent document access”) to the market – in campaigns, mailings and ads.
  • You use modern tools for campaign automation (HubSpot, Vanta, Analytics) and analyze impact, CPLs and pipeline contribution.
  • You will work closely with Sales & PreSales to ensure a consistent experience from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to SQL.
  • You manage external service providers (e.g. for paid media, content or design) and contribute your ideas to the team in a structured way.

Your profile

Qualification

Technical

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in growth, performance or demand-gen marketing, ideally in the B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • Experience with campaign architecture and lead funnels in more complex B2B setups (target: mid-market & enterprise)
  • In-depth understanding of AI, SaaS or IT solutions – use case-oriented thinking is a matter of course for you
  • Experienced in using tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, webinars, landing pages, etc.
  • Good language skills, cross-channel messaging skills (German & English)

  • Analytical & data-driven: You steer based on CPLs, conversion rates, pipeline impact – and optimize along insights
  • Customer-centric & strategic: You understand what really interests a CIO – and develop tailor-made campaigns.
  • Strong in implementation & pragmatic: You don’t get stuck in planning, you get things done.
  • Collaborative & growth-oriented: You are close to sales, pre-sales, content – and want to have a real impact on revenue.
