Your Mission at ABOUT YOU OUTLET! We are currently looking for a strategic and operational leader as Head of Marketing & Product (m/f/d) to strengthen the Leadership Team of the ABOUT YOU Outlet Business Unit.

As a key leader in the ABOUT YOU Outlet Leadership Team, you will own the central levers of our business, encompassing Product Development, Customer Relationship Management, and (Performance) Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for revenue and budget through optimization of the full customer funnel from Acquisition to Retention and ensuring a profitable ROI across all marketing channels

• Definition of the strategic vision, prioritization of the Product Roadmap and alignment of Strategy Execution across Tech and Business
• Ownership of budget and cost control in close collaboration with the Leadership Team to ensure long-term profitability of the ABOUT YOU OUTLET
• Disciplinary and functional leadership of the Leads in Product, CRM and Performance Marketing including continuous development of the teams
• Co-responsibility for the Business Unit reporting and acting as main contact for Executive Management and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in fast-paced E-Commerce or Tech environments

• Deep expertise in at least two areas: Product Management, Performance Marketing (Demand Generation) or CRM/Retention
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop cross-functional teams
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach in daily execution
• Data-driven working style with strong KPI analysis skills and the ability to derive actionable measures
• Very good English skills
